Item	Description
Contract Length	WPTrain services are Fixed Price. There is no contract term
Training assets	WPTrain may provide sample content and images for training purposes. Any required applications, assets, content, web hosting etc are the customers’ responsibility.
Outcomes	WPTrain will provide professional training towards achieving an agreed outcome. Outcomes within scheduled training times will vary depending on the customers existing skill levels. Additional training time may be required in some cases. At the discretion of the trainer, the training session time may be extended, or the customer may be requested to purchase additional time.
Delivery Methods	Training will be delivered via a Zoom Pro meeting. For Gold Coast and Greater Brisbane customers; at the discretion of the trainer, a face to face meeting may be arranged at an agreed location.
Session Length	All sessions are limited to 1 hour from the scheduled start time. It is the customers’ responsibility to be on time for the session. The allocated hour starts from the scheduled time.
Session Topics	Topics to cover will be agreed upon during a pre-session planing phone call. If the time runs out before all topics are covered, the customer may purchase an additional session. If the trainer has time available
