Contract Length
  1. WPEasy plans are month to month, there are no “Lock In” contract terms
Termination
  1. The customer may terminate their subscriptions at any time by either
    1. Sending an email in writing to support@wpeasy.net, requesting their subscription termination
    2. Using our customer portal and submitting a support ticket
  2. We may terminate a customers’ subscription if
    1. Payment of services are 14 days past due
    2. We feel that the site is not supportable due to issues such as Unlicensed themes or plugins, free themes or plugins that may be a performance or security risk. Poor quality web hosting affecting site performance, unrealistic customer expectations
  3. Customer requested terminations will occur at the end of their current billing period.
  4. On final termination of WPEasy services; All hosting accounts, websites and files will be deleted from our servers. All website backups will also be deleted. Websites and files will not be recoverable. If the customer is moving their services to another provider, it is their responsibility to ensure it is done prior
Theme and Plugin Licensing
  1. All licenses for commercial themes and plugins are the customer’s responsibility and must be kept current to enable updating.
  2. For sites that do not comply to point 1,  at the discretion of WPEasy we may either; 1. Choose to stop performing updates or, 2. Terminate the customer’s plan if we feel the site it not secure or manageable. We will communicate with the customer before making such a decision.
Use of Free Themes or Plugins
  1. There are many excellent, well written and well maintained free themes and plugins. However, there are also a lot of poorly written and poorly maintained themes and plugins. These may present a security risk. Should we find that security may be compromised, We may request for these to be removed or replaced.
Sites that we may not accept

When a site is first subscribed to WPEasy it must be in a reasonable state before we will accept it on a subscription plan.

It may be rejected if:

  1. The site is currently compromised or hacked
  2. The customer does not have cPanel or WordPress administrator access
  3. Original theme or plugin files have been modified
  4. Commercial themes or plugins are unlicensed
  5. The site content is in exceptionally poor condition
  6. The site contains themes or plugins with known security issues
  7. The website hosting service is poor quality
  8. Any other reason that we believe makes the site not maintainable
  9. The site contains pornographic, illegal or offensive content

* Should the site be rejected for any of the above reasons, we may offer a quotation to bring the site up to standard.

WordPress core, Plugin and Theme Updates

To keep sites as secure and function as possible, WP Easy installation updates of WordPress core, Themes and Plugins. However, as we are not the developers of these items, we do not accept any liability or responsibility for any issues that may be caused by the updates.

WPEasy will provide labour to resolve such issues within the constraints of the customers support plan. Additional time and charges may apply to resolve such issues.

WordPress Optimised Web Hosting

WPEasy included web hosting is suitable for typical small to medium business websites.

Includes:

  1. cPanel Web Hosting
  2. Cloud Linux
  3. Litespeed Web Server
  4. LS Cache (Litespeed Cache)
  5. 10 GB of disk storage
  6. 2 CPU Cores
  7. POP/IMAP email accounts may be used. However, these are highly discouraged for business email addresses. Because the hosting is shared with other users, we make no guarantees for email deliverability.

Our hosting my not be suitable for large websites or very high traffic websites. 

For large or high traffic websites, we may provide a separate quotation for a VPS or Dedicate Server.

Support - Fair use policy

General Conditions
  1. All support requests must be either:
    1. Emailed to help@wpget.net from a WPEasy customer registered email address.
    2. Created from the WPGet Client Area.
  2. Only current WPEasy customers can request support.
  3. Support will only be provided for WordPress websites.
  4. Support will only be provided for WordPress websites that are listed in a customer’s WPEasy subscription.
WPEasy Essentials Plan

Included Support: Up to 1 hour of support per month is included.

For any additional time needed to provide support we may:

  1. At our discretion provide the support without charge.
  2. Recommend delaying the work to the following month.
  3. Provide a quotation to complete the additional work.

Hosting & domain Support: 

For resolution of Domain or Hosting related issues; We will assist by working with your hosting provider within the included support time noted above. The time taken and quality of the support will be dependent on the support provide by your hosting provider.

WPEasy Premium & Platinum Plans
  1. Included Support: *Unlimited support per month is included.Hosting & domain Support: For Hosting issues:
    • If the website is hosted by WPEasy, resolution of Hosting related issues is included.
    • If the Hosting is NOT by WPEasy, we will assist by working with your Hosting Provider. The time taken and quality of the support will be dependent on the support provide by your hosting provider.

    For Domain name issues:

    • If the domain name is managed by WPEasy, time is included.
    • If the domain name is NOT managed by WPEasy, we will assist by working with your Domain Registrar. The time taken and quality of the support will be dependent on the support provide by your hosting provider.

*Fair Use Policy*Unlimited Support: The intended purpose of WPEasy Unlimited Support is to help our Customers to keep their WordPress sites Secure, Updated, Backed Up, Looking Good and working properly.
It is not intended as outsourced labour for creating and managing content. The customer is ultimately the responsible for creating and managing content. However, we will assist with education/training for content creation and with resolving content layout issues.
